BTSC Stroke School 2011-2012
BTSC has added the stroke school for swimmers whose main goal is to improve their swimming skills to be more successful in recreational league swimming. A number of tools such as underwater mirrors, video equipment ( both above and underwater ), tempo trainers etc., will be utilized to achieve the necessary skills to swimmer success. The clinic will be coached by an experienced USA Swimming Registered coach. Each clinic group will be capped at 8 swimmers to guarantee a swimmer to coach ratio for enhanced instruction. A 15 minute instructional period outside of the pool will teach swimmers the vocabulary, jargon, utilization of a pace clock, as well as watching video of swimming technique will supplement their instruction in the pool.
No other Clinic in the area offers the resources used by BTSC. We are determined to offer the highest quality swimming experience at the most affordable rates available.
Schedule:
Clinic practices are offered Monday-Friday 5:00-6:00 PM. You must choose the day/s you wish to attend so caps are not exceeded.
